Who we are
Together in the Trades runs an annual summit and related events for couples who build businesses together in the trades. You can reach us at togetherinthetrades@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site — a contact enquiry, a sponsorship enquiry, or a newsletter signup — we collect what you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you write in a message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, browser and device type. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and only where you have allowed it.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To send you updates about the summit and our events, if you asked for them.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf: our website host and form provider (Branded Bull), our email marketing provider (Mailchimp), and our analytics provider (Google Analytics). Each only receives what it needs to provide its service. Ticketing and registration for some events are handled on third-party sites (such as Eventbrite or Equip Exposition), and merchandise orders are handled by our print partner — those providers have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. Essential ones make the site work. Analytics cookies are only set once you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Decline”, analytics cookies are not set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser and reloading the page.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

Keeping information
We keep enquiries and signups for as long as we need them to stay in touch with you, and remove them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
